While most fish sticks in the US are 50% breading and 50% fish, The Ultimate Fish Stick uses 65% fish to 35% batter to create a flaky, crunchy bite packed with wild, sustainable protein. Caught in the Bering Sea in the icy cold waters of Alaska, the wild pollock used in our fish sticks come from a third party certified fishery which ensures this great fish will be around for generations to come. While most fish sticks contain minced (or ground up) fish, our fish sticks contain cuts of whole muscle, resulting in a more rich flavor and robust texture.
Trident Seafoods manages a network of fishing ships and processing plants throughout Alaska which allows total control over its vertically integrated supply chain. This guarantees full traceability from catch to place of the best pollock Alaska has to offer.
