I’d like to take a moment to recognize our incredible team members and customers who continue to amaze us daily with their compassion and dedication to the greater good.

Now more than ever, people are relying on FultonFishMarket.com to deliver reliable and fresh seafood directly to their homes, as they shelter in place. We will continue to take precautions to ensure our employees, partners, and customers stay safe and healthy.

How we are caring for our team members, partners and customers

To ensure the safety and integrity of our deliveries and protect our team members and communities, we have taken the following steps during this time of uncertainty:

  • We have implemented enhanced daily cleanliness and sanitation protocols across our facilities, on top of our standard rigorous protocols. This includes additional sanitation of high-contact touch points as well as an increase in the frequency of our everyday sanitation practices throughout the day.
  • Along with additional hand sanitizer and disinfectant stations, we have also implemented regular deep cleaning of our facilities in accordance with CDC guidance.
  • We are distributing face masks and gloves to team members at the beginning of each shift and require team members to wear them while at work.
  • We have excluded all non-essential visitors from our facilities.
  • We have reinforced CDC Illness Prevention Guidelines with all employees and have advised them to self-quarantine if they have symptoms that are consistent with CDC guidance.
  • We have implemented and are following the CDC and the City and State of New York’s guidelines related to workplace safety and limiting the spread of the novel coronavirus.
  • We have hired, and plan to continue to hire, additional team members to enable us to run multiple shifts with distinct team members.
  • We are working closely with our partners to ensure that our supply chain and your deliveries remain as reliable and consistent as possible.

We believe our role serving our communities during this time is a critical one. Please be assured that our top priorities through this challenging time are the health and safety of our team members, partners, and customers. We continue to evaluate the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and will continue to modify our plans as needed to deliver on these priorities.
