Cuttlefish are closely related to Squid, with a larger body, narrower fins and teeth. They tend to be meatier and tenderer than squid, with a bright white flesh that is sweet and utterly delicious.

Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Cut the tube into rings, and slice the tentacles into bite size pieces. You may then gently simmer them in a spicy tomato sauce until tender, or quickly sauté them from 1-2 minutes with Asian seasonings and vegetables for a fabulous entrée.
