Our white fish tail pieces are an economical and tasty way to enjoy seafood. An underrated part of the fish, tail portions taste similar to the rest of the fish but are typically thinner than other portions so they cook a bit more quickly. Depending on the fish, they may also have a bit more flavor since the tail is one of the hardest working parts of the fish so there is less fat. White fish tail pieces are great on the grill, pan fried, or sautéed with your favorite veggies.
