Ready for the easiest recipe? Rinse, salt and throw on the grill! Grilling whole fish doesn't get much easier than this. Not only is it impressive, it's quick, easy and delicious.
- 2 x 1½ pound Dorade
- canola oil
- salt, to taste
- Rinse the dorade and pat dry.
- Lightly brush both sides of the fish with canola oil and season with salt.
- Set your grill to medium and add the dorade. Cook for 20 minutes, turning once.
