- 4 ounces pastrami smoked salmon
- High quality rye bread
- Grainy mustard
- Sliced dill pickles
- Sliced cheese - havarti, blue... whatever you desire!
- For each sandwich, spread grainy mustard on each slice of bread.
- Add salmon pastrami, cheese, and dill pickle slices. Slice in half, and serve.
