INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces pastrami smoked salmon
  • High quality rye bread
  • Grainy mustard
  • Sliced dill pickles
  • Sliced cheese - havarti, blue... whatever you desire!

DIRECTIONS

  1. For each sandwich, spread grainy mustard on each slice of bread.
  2. Add salmon pastrami, cheese, and dill pickle slices. Slice in half, and serve.
  3. Repeat!
