Nothing beats a bagel brunch with all the fixins - we're talking smoked salmon, smoked sable and caviar, plus fancy schmears of course. Set up a bagel bar and let everyone help themselves - don't forget the mimosas!
INGREDIENTS

Smoked Fish - count on 2-4 ounces per person
- Caviar - offer a variety for color and flavor
- Bagels - mix them and don't forget to pre-slice them
- Cream Cheese - count on plain cream cheese and at least one other flavor like vegetable (let them come to room temperature before serving for easy spreadability)
- Cucumber, tomato, radish and onion - sliced thin (break out the mandolin or sharpen those knife skills!)
- Herbs - dill and chives go well with smoked fish
- Capers
- Lemon Wedges
