What are the delivery rates for subscription orders?
Shipping rates for subscription orders are the same as for one-time orders from Fulton, and there is a $75 order minimum. Please see the Delivery Groups to see what zone you're in and for more details.
When will my order be delivered?
You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your order is charged. Your order will be shipped on the next available ship date after the order is charged. In general, Fulton Fish Market ships Tuesday through Friday, and your order will be delivered 1 day later, via overnight delivery. You will receive a notification when the order ships.
You can choose your order charge date in your account dashboard. Here are some examples of how the delivery timing works:
Order charged on Tuesday: order ships on Wednesday, order delivers on Thursday
Order charged on Wednesday: order ships on Thursday, order delivers on Friday
Order charged on Thursday: order ships on Friday, order delivers on Saturday
Order charged on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday: order ships on Tuesday, order delivers on Wednesday
During peak or holiday periods, the next available shipping date may be delayed. Please see our calendar of available shipping dates.
What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
Your order is packed in insulation that will keep it cool and safe for an extra 24 hours in transit. You do not need to be home to receive it immediately. Please see additional info on order packaging in the FAQs for My Order.
How do I log in to my subscription account and manage my subscription?
Please log in to your account, where you’ll be able to:
Skip upcoming deliveries
Change the order charge date for your delivery
Add or swap the items in your subscription
Add one-time items to your delivery
Update delivery address info
Update billing info
Cancel your subscription
Can I add one-time items or change the items in my subscription?
Yes! Log in to your account and under Subscriptions, click Add Product to add one-time or recurring items to your subscription. You should make all changes to your subscription from the Account dashboard. Do not check out with a new subscription order, as they may not be combined with your existing subscription order and you may receive 2 separate shipments. Make sure your subscription order is still above $75 after you make the changes you want.
I’m trying to set up subscriptions with different frequencies (e.g. monthly and weekly). Why am I getting charged multiple times for the delivery fee?
Apologies, this is a known issue we are working on fixing. We recommend that you check out with subscriptions of only 1 frequency (e.g. all monthly items), so that you are not charged the delivery fee more than once. If you would like to set up subscriptions of different frequencies, please do so by logging into your account, and follow the instructions above to Add Product to your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time by logging in to your account, however we offer convenient ways to simply skip shipments, if you are going out of town temporarily.
What are the terms of subscription service?
By subscribing to Fulton Fish Market's subscription service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis, at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees, until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership any time by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking Cancel next to the item.
