Our planks pair well with salmon or your favorite fish, shellfish and vegetables, and can be used on the grill or in the oven. Simply soak the planks in water, place your seasoned food on the planks and cook to enjoy perfectly cooked fish with a lot of flavor without over-drying.

How do gift subscriptions work?

1. Fill out the recipient information fields. Double check the recipient's email address. This cannot be changed once the order is placed.
2. Select the date you want the email to be sent to the recipient and click "Add to Cart" button. This is the date the recipient will be notified about the gift, they will get to choose the delivery date and enter their shipping address at this time.
3. Check out and that's all you have to do! We'll take it from there. Not sure if this is the perfect gift? No problem, the recipient can select a different item of equal or lesser value when they schedule their shipment.
