Cooking Instructions:
Oven (from frozen) - Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove all packaging and place product on baking sheet or tray and bake for 16-18 minutes*.

Grill (from thawed) - Preheat grill to medium heat. Place on grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side*.

To Thaw: Place container under refrigeration overnight.

*Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
Ovens and grills vary; so additional time may be needed.

We pride ourselves in providing freshly -caught, never previously frozen seafood to customers across the U.S! For this reason, our packaging is designed to maintain an interior temperature between 35 and 40 degrees while in transit. For optimum quality, we reccomend that customers order frozen items with the intent to use them within 1 to 2 days after delivery. 

If the previously frozen seafood arrives and is still frozen in the center we do suggest that this can be re-frozen. However, if the seafood is completely thawed, we suggest storing this in the fridge and enjoying sooner than later for optimal quality. In general, we find that customers prefer fresh seafood whenever possible and encourage you to start by exploring our large selection of fresh seafood! We are also fans of frozen product since it allows us to offer items year round that are not available fresh, keep more seafood readily available at home and offer a lower priced alternative in some areas.
