Bagels and Smoked Salmon “Lox” Recipe

Start your day off right with this quick and tasty bagels and smoked salmon "lox" recipe.
3 bagels, split & toasted
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons capers, drained
6 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
⅓ cup red onion , thinly sliced
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Spread each toasted bagel with cream cheese.
Sprinkle half the capers over the cream-cheesed bagels.
Top each bagel slice with smoked salmon.
Garnish each bagel slice with the remaining capers, onion, and black pepper.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
