HOW WE SHIP

  • Frozen and non-frozen items ship in separate boxes to ensure optimal quality.
  • Frozen items ship with dry ice and arrive frozen. Non-frozen items ship with gel packs and arrive cool to the touch.
  • Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, and deliver within 1-2 days of shipment.
