Cultivated in the pristine waters of Hood Canal, Washington, these oysters are a West Coast classic. Grown in cold, tidal waters rich with minerals and plankton, Hood Canal Oysters develop deep, rugged shells and a plump, creamy texture. Their flavor is bold and briny up front, finishing with a clean sweetness and a hint of melon.
- It takes 3 years to grow these oysters, and they are worth the wait!
- Enjoy them raw on the half shell with a squeeze of lemon, a dash of mignonette, or paired with a crisp pilsner or Sauvignon Blanc.
- Like other oysters, these provide natural filtration. Our oceans love oysters!
How do gift subscriptions work?
- Fill out the recipient information fields. Double check the recipient's email address. This cannot be changed once the order is placed.
- Select the date you want the email to be sent to the recipient and click "Add to Cart" button. This is the date the recipient will be notified about the gift, they will get to choose the delivery date and enter their shipping address at this time.
- Check out and that's all you have to do! We'll take it from there. Not sure if this is the perfect gift? No problem, the recipient can select a different item of equal or lesser value when they schedule their shipment.
