How To Thaw: Leave the salmon burgers in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
Pan Frying: Preheat one teaspoon of cooking oil in a nonstick pan over medium flame.
Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Cook thawed patties for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
Cook From Frozen: Place the burger patties at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes before cooking. Preheat one teaspoon of cooking oil in a nonstick pan over medium flame, cook the frozen patties for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
