This air fryer keto salmon recipe is simple and quick making it perfect for a weeknight meal.
2 x 8-ounce salmon portions
salt & ground pepper, to taste
fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)
Pat the salmon portions dry with paper towel.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Mist cooking spray generously over the air fryer’s basket, and add the portions. Spritz some cooking spray onto the portions, then load the basket in the air fryer.
Cook at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until the portions are cooked to your liking.
Sprinkle fresh thyme on top (optional) and serve.
