Ingredients

12 ounces smoked fish
8 ounces caviar - offer a variety for color and flavor
6 bagels - offer a variety
8 ounces cream cheese - plain cream cheese and one other flavor like vegetable
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 avocado
½ red onion
⅓ cup capers
handful of herbs (dill and chives work well)
lemon wedges

Directions

Pre-sliced bagels.
