Mussels & Scallops

Our premium scallops are harvested by hand in New Bedford, Massachusetts, home to the world’s finest scallops. In the ice-cold waters of the North Atlantic, hardworking fishermen shuck each scallop by hand on the vessel, never treating them with water or chemicals, leaving you with sweet and succulent scallops that sear to golden perfection every time, ready to enjoy as an appetizer, tossed through pasta or served over risotto. Dry means the scallops are never treated with water or chemicals, which causes other scallops to seep moisture when cooked. Our dry scallops sear to perfection every time.

Our PEI, or Prince Edward Island, mussels are plump and tender with the sweet, briny flavor of the ocean. Easily the most popular mussel in North America, it has an ink black shell, and the flesh ranges from ivory (males) to pale coral (females). These deliciously sweet mussels are great for a cookout or dinner party. Our PEI mussels are cultivated in the cold clean waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island in Canada. Our delicious PEI mussels are delivered live, you can’t get any fresher than that. Before cooking, check that all the mussels are closed, and scrub well with a stiff brush under cold running water to remove any barnacles. After cooking, discard any shells that have not opened up.
