• We have sourced our wild Sockeye and Coho from multi-generational fishing families that focus on sustainability and traceability.
• Each portion is super frozen for longer shelf life, bright color, fresh ocean smell, and superior flavor and nutrient retention once thawed.
• The fish is hand-portioned and individually packaged.
• All of our Sockeye and Coho are from Copper River: These fish have a 300-mile run, but what makes the fish different is in that 300 miles the fish are fighting a 10-knot current, that is glacial fed that climbs 3,000 feet. The Copper River Fishermen catch this fish in the ocean before it hits the river and when it has its highest fat content for the long journey to its breeding grounds.

• 5oz-7oz Wild Alaska Copper River Sockeye Salmon Portions: Sockeye salmon has a beautiful red-orange flesh color from their krill-rich diet, and its high oil content gives these firm textured salmon portions a bold, rich flavor.
• 5oz-7oz Wild Alaska Copper River Coho Salmon Portions: Our wild Alaska coho salmon have a moderate fat content, mild flavor with firm flesh and velvety texture.
• 5oz-7oz Wild Alaska Pacific Halibut Portions: Pacific halibut is mild and sweet with a firm texture and snow-white flaky meat. It is rich in micronutrients and a good source of omega-3s. 
• 5oz-7oz Wild Alaskan Black Cod Portions: Black cod (sablefish) is a white, flaky fish with a high oil content and satiny texture. It is sometimes referred to as butterfish for its velvety texture and distinct mild flavor.

How do gift subscriptions work?

1. Fill out the recipient information fields. Double check the recipient's email address. This cannot be changed once the order is placed.
2. Select the date you want the email to be sent to the recipient and click "Add to Cart" button. This is the date the recipient will be notified about the gift, they will get to choose the delivery date and enter their shipping address at this time.
3. Check out and that's all you have to do! We'll take it from there. Not sure if this is the perfect gift? No problem, the recipient can select a different item of equal or lesser value when they schedule their shipment.
