Who doesn't love a delicious fish taco? This Fulton Fish Market fish tacos recipe will leave you with a full belly and a smile on your face. Use any white fish like tilapia, red snapper, bass, cod or halibut.
16 ounces white fish of your choice
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
16 small tortillas
Chipotle mayonnaise
4 radishes, thinly sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
cotija cheese crumbles
lime wedges
cilantro
Heat oven to 400ºF. Place fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle seasonings and salt on top of the fish, rubbing the seasonings in to coat.
Bake fish for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through, but not overcooked. During the last 5 minutes of baking, wrap the tortillas in parchment paper then aluminum foil, and place in the oven to warm up.
Remove fish and tortillas from oven. Flake the fish, add to the tortillas, and top with the garnishes. Enjoy!
