2 parts Bloody Mary mix
¼ part lemon juice
dash each of Worcestershire sauce, pickle brine and prepared horseradish.
Rinse the oysters under cold water to remove any debris.
Use an oyster knife to carefully shuck the oysters, keeping the oysters and their juices in the half shell.
Combine all of the ingredients in a tall glass, fill with ice and roll between two glasses to chill and mix.
Garnish with an oyster, celery, and a lemon wedge.
