What Does Barramundi Taste Like?
Barramundi tastes like a combination of sea bass and snapper. Barramundi meat is considered to be delicate and mild in flavor. Barramundi has white, flaky flesh which makes it ideal for both pan-seared or grilled dishes as well as fried preparations. The skin can also be eaten. Barramundi pairs well with garlic, lemon, butter, and cream sauces; however, avoid spicy foods if you are grilling barramundi because these can overpower the delicate flavors of the fish.
