Sourced from the pristine, glacier-fed waters of Alaska’s Copper River, coho, also known as silver salmon, features a vibrant orange-red flesh, moderate oil content, and a mild, clean taste. The coho salmon portions are immediately frozen to ensure their peak freshness and flavor, allowing you to enjoy wild Alaska coho salmon all year round.  Its firm yet tender texture makes it incredibly versatile in the kitchen, perfect for grilling, roasting, or curing.

  • Delivered perfectly portioned and ready to cook.
  • Our wild Alaska coho salmon are from the Copper River. These fish have a 300-mile run, but what makes them different is that for 300 miles, they fight a 10-knot current that is glacial-fed and climbs 3,000 feet. The Copper River Fishermen catch this fish in the ocean before it hits the river and when it has its highest fat content for the long journey to its breeding grounds.
  • Salmon sustainability is written into Alaska’s state constitution.
