- Butter knife
- 6 oz. smoked salmon, sliced
- 3 plain bagels, split and toasted
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 Tbsp capers, drained
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Spread each toasted bagel with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle half the capers over the cream-cheesed bagels.
- Top each bagel slice with smoked salmon.
- Garnish each bagel slice with the remaining capers and the onion.
- Serve right away. Enjoy!
