Oven (From Frozen): Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from all packaging and bake on an oven safe tray for 16-18 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved.
Grill (From Thawed*): Preheat grill to medium heat. Place on grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
*To Thaw: Place container under refrigeration overnight
