Maple Balsamic Rainbow Trout Recipe

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
2 butterflied rainbow trout
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Line a baking tray with foil.
In a small bowl combine garlic, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the glaze over the fish and fold the foil around each to make a packet.
Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 18-20 minutes depending on the thickness of fish.
