Fun Fact
Using sterling silver to serve caviar often gives it a metallic taste. Instead, use stainless steel, plastic – or the traditional mother-of-pearl utensils – to keep the flavor of the caviar clean.
Product Preparation
To serve, place the caviar jar directly on top of crushed ice or in caviar bowls and be sure to serve with non-metallic spoons. We recommend mother-of-pearl, bone or horn. Blini and crème frâiche are traditional accompaniments, while classic garnishes range from white onion to chopped egg white and yolk (separately, not mixed together).
Product Nutrition
Caviar isn’t just for the rich anymore! However, it is rich in Calcium and Phosphorus, as well as protein, Selenium, Iron, Magnesium, and Vitamins B12 and B6.
