Cod Pasta Bake Recipe

  • 4 ½ cups cooked farfalle

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for greasing

  • 13 ounce cooked cod, flaked

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely diced

  • ⅔ cup pitted black olives, sliced

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella

  • kosher salt

  • freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the broiler to high heat and position an oven rack in the upper third of the oven.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, olive oil, flaked cooked cod, tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, and some salt and pepper to taste; thoroughly stir to combine.
  3. Grease a rectangular baking dish with olive oil. Transfer the cod-pasta mixture to the baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Scatter the mozzarella on top.
  4. Place the baking dish under the broiler; cook until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
