Thawing: Place the sealed bag in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Pan Frying: Preheat one teaspoon of cooking oil in a nonstick pan over medium flame.
Cook thawed patties for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
Cook It Frozen: Place the burger patties at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes before cooking. Preheat one teaspoon of cooking oil in a nonstick pan over medium flame, cook the frozen patties for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. We recommend cooking your seafood to an internal temperature of 145°F for 15 seconds.
