Our salmon tail pieces are an economical and tasty way to enjoy seafood. An underrated part of the fish, tail portions taste similar to the rest of the fish but are typically thinner than other portions so they cook a bit more quickly. Depending on the fish, they may also have a bit more flavor since the tail is one of the hardest working parts of the fish so there is less fat. Salmon tail pieces are great on the grill, pan fried, or sautéed with your favorite veggies.
- Salmon tail pieces are not actually part of the tail, but rather the section of the fillet meat that is closest to the tail.
- Tail portions are often discarded so these help reduce waste.

Where This Is Shipped From
This product will be shipped from the Fulton Fish Market in New York City.
If your order contains ONLY frozen products, your order will be shipped with dry ice and arrive frozen. If your order contains a mix of frozen and non-frozen products, your order will be shipped with gel packs and arrive partially frozen or thawed and cool to the touch.
