Keep frozen until thawed. After thawing, keep refrigerated.
At least 12-24 hours before serving, remove loaf from packaging, Using a sharp knife, slice the frozen loaf into segments (we recommend 12 slices). Place slices on paper towel lined plate or platter. Cover in plastic wrap and let thaw in fridge until serving. Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to serving.
Gefilte fish will be delicious for up to 5 days after thawing.
